Position Overview

Authoritive is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Creator Success Associate to guide and support our creators through their journey, from pre-contract to post-launch. This role will report into the Director of Partnerships and Sales. This is a freelance role with the possibility of turning into a permanent position over time.

The Creator Success Associate will partner with creators to ensure that their goals and priorities are identified and achieved (both usage and financial), will find solutions for any problems that arise, and will demonstrate a proven path of success that creators can follow. To succeed in this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between our creators and our internal teams—from sales, product development, engineering, and marketing—ensuring that all decisions are being made in the service of the creator. You will help to strengthen and maintain our relationships with creators, ensure that success is mutually defined and achieved, and that targets are established and met.

We are looking for someone who instinctively works to discover what’s working and what’s not, iterating and driving changes in strategy, process, and execution to help optimize the creator journey. In this role, you will identify patterns and work to incorporate changes into our processes, as well as guide creators to maximize success through new marketing initiatives and the creation of new products. With the support of the product and sales teams, you will create, track, and optimize key metrics around revenue generation and creator success milestones.

The best candidate will be strategic and hands-on, driven by curiosity, intellectual engagement, and creativity, and will value being part of a team that applies those same characteristics to their own work.

In your first 3 months, you will...

  • Define success, including usage and revenue metrics to track for each program.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team to inform key revenue metrics for Authoritive and identify expansion and renewal opportunities, while also identifying key challenges that result in creator churn.
  • Ensure clear expectations, timelines, status updates, and query responses are communicated in a timely and effective manner.
  • Act as a key liaison between our creators and our internal product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure timely product completion where the final product well aligns with expectations of creator and Authoritive.
  • Help creators be good partners throughout each stage of the project, including product creation and marketing.

In your first 6 months, you will...

  • Aid creators in successfully leveraging their audience in the service of sales and revenue generation.
  • Improve our ability to grow by reducing time-to-market and ineffective creator-audience engagement.
  • Inform sales conversations around managing expectations with creators.
  • Analyze creator profile and product data to inform sales strategy.

You will thrive in this role if you…

  • Are a clear communicator who can manage competing priorities and is comfortable with finding creative solutions when stakeholders have different needs and timelines.
  • Excel at context-setting and helping people understand the larger scope of a project.
  • Prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Display a high attention to detail and quality.
  • Are genuinely passionate about helping creatives do their best work.
